To comply with current Minnesota state mandatory safety standards, all employees and customers (guests) should wear face masks in common areas. Masks are available for sale if needed.
If possible, payment by cash or check is appreciated. Guests are asked to leave their keys in the guest rooms.
The LadySlipper Inn full breakfast service will continue as usual. All food and beverages will be served to guests. The following changes will be employed:
All self-service beverages in the dining room will be discontinued. We will wear face masks during breakfast service, and, as always, will wash their hands before and after every guest interaction. Tables will not be pre-set. When able to separate serving guests by time and distance, we may use the sunroom or deck, otherwise breakfast will be served to you in your room.
Self-Serve & Guest Pantry
The guest self-service pantry will not be available at this time. Guests may request beverages from innkeepers throughout the day if they would like coffee or teas.
GUEST ROOMS & HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE
We will employ a 24-hour block between stays on all guest rooms, to ensure safe time distancing between guest stays.
Pillows, throw blankets, and comforters will be removed from the rooms. Such items can be requested by the innkeeper if needed.
Upon check-out, rooms will be stripped of all linens, inserted into a laundry bags and taken to the laundry room to be washed and sanitized. Beds will be remade with clean/sanitized linens. All hard services in the guest rooms will be cleaned with a sanitizing detergent. All doorknobs, switches, drawer pulls, alarm clock, TV remote controls will be sanitized.
Daily Housekeeping Service
To minimize cross-contact of surfaces, daily housekeeping tidy service will be discontinued at this time with exception to long stays of six nights or longer. This will minimize our need to access guest rooms during a stay. If necessary, arrangements can be made with individual guests for trash and soiled towel removals. Cloth laundry bags will be provided to guests for soiled towels, located in the bathroom vanity.
Clean towels will be delivered to guest rooms upon guest request.
Common areas will be cleaned and sanitized more frequently. High touch areas will be cleaned more regularly by staff. Hand sanitizer and wipes will be available in the sunroom.
